I never thought it would all go, I would lose so much, I've gained things, But I miss what I had, All those friends, People I care about, Just become writing on a screen, Is that all we are? Is that all this is? I hope not, I hope it wasn't all a lie, A dream. But now it seems they are gone, Perhaps forever. Do I need to say goodbye? Must I lose these friends? I find it so hard to write, These words don't flow anymore, Only sometimes can I do this, What happened to it? The inspiration, The motivation. Is it this medication? Is it this cruel expectation? Hi everyone. I know a lot of people write journals to say they are back after a long period of (mostly) inactivity. But this isn't mine. I don't know if there will be one. I'm on and off sometimes. Usually when I have something I need to write that might be vaguely interesting, so that isn't very often. I just want to say, what I'm going through at the moment isn't easy, I know a lot of people are in the same boat, but a lot of people deal with it better than I have. I've made some mistakes, some very stupid mistakes. I have tried to limit these mistakes to my own head recently so I don't hurt too many people, but of course there are people

Down and Down

Do you ever get the feeling that your in a hole and you just keep digging down and down and you can't get out. Or that you're rolling down a hill and can't stop. Or that you're in a collapsing building and you know there is no way out. I don't know how to get out of the situation I'm in. I'm really struggling to do anything that I want to do. I just wish there was a clear way out but it just feels like I'm stuck in this never ending cycle where I feel bad about something and then I try to fix the thing but fail and then I feel worse about it and then I try to climb out of it but I fall back down and I just can't do anything I want to do.
